Responsibilities:
• End-to-end ownership and management of all regularly recurring benefits and compensation program and policy communication, including medical coverage, retirement plans, wellness programs, equity enrollment, and other employee perquisites.
• Manage all aspects of annual benefits enrollment and open enrollment processes for all of Nasdaq’s major legal entities, liaising closely with regional benefit experts to provide accurate and easy-to-understand guidance and support to employees.
• Inventory, audit, and update as necessary all benefits information and resource references within Nasdaq’s global onboarding ecosystem with a focus on sustainability.
• Maintain master benefits and programs slide deck / library, including key messaging, for all major global benefits, perquisites, and rewards programs. Liaise with both subject matter experts on content, and with requesting stakeholders periodically request general benefits information, to ensure successful outcomes.
• Coordinate with benefits vendors and brokers, as necessary, to ensure accurate and timely delivery of benefits information and services.
• Update internal channels (intranet, knowledge hubs) as required with new or revised benefits documents to ensure resources are relevant and up-to-date.
Communication and Outreach:
• Create engaging rewards-related content for various communication channels, including email newsletters, intranet posts, and presentations.
• Collaborate with HR team members to design and deliver benefits and compensation orientations and training sessions for new and existing employees.
• Monitor communication effectiveness and adjust strategies as needed to improve employee engagement and understanding.
• Ensure clear and consistent messaging about benefits and compensation programs to enhance understanding and participation.
Analysis and Reporting:
• Analyze benefits and compensation engagement and participant data to identify opportunities to improve our communication strategy and drive engagement.
• Prepare regular reports on communication and engagement metrics and trends to HR leadership and senior management.
• Conduct surveys and gather feedback from employees to assess satisfaction with benefits and compensation programs and identify areas for improvement.
Project Management:
• Support new and cyclical communication and engagement deliverables related to benefits and compensation programs, such as the introduction of new offerings or the enhancement of existing ones.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful communication and ongoing management of benefits and compensation initiatives.
• Serve as key member of the People@Nasdaq team, providing backup support as needed to People@Nasdaq Communications team members as part of service continuity plan.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
• Work closely with global benefits team, HR partners, internal communications team, managers, and employees to understand their needs and incorporate their feedback into benefits and compensation programs.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a communication-related role, preferably benefits or total rewards focused.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to simplify complex information for a broad audience.
• Project management experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of employee benefits and compensation programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives is a plus.

The base pay range for this role is $70,200 - $117,000. In addition to base salary, Nasdaq provides a generous annual bonus/commission (short-term incentive), and equity (long-term incentive), comprehensive benefits, and opportunity for growth.
