This is an onsite position in the Field in Hobbs, New Mexico.
Job Description Summary:
Reporting to the Safety Director, the Safety Administrator will be responsible for activities in support of the creation, implementation, and maintenance of safety and health programs.
Responsibilities:- Assist with new hire orientation and provide guidance to new employees.
- Assist with safety training to employees in accordance with OSHA
- Provides support and feedback to Safety Director related to job site safety
- Identifies/mitigates existing and potential employee/public safety
- Reviews field safety documentation to ensure compliance with Project Safety requirements, OSHA-DOT
- Support and assist with incident investigations, lessons learned and corrective-action activities, where applicable.
- Provides guidance and feedback to help others strengthen specific knowledge/skill
- Maintains safety records, including but not limited to, employee training records, OSHA logs, employee rights posters,
- Distributes applicable safety documents and personal protection equipment.
- Assist, maintain, distribute PPE inventory.
- Other duties and projects
Skills & Abilities:
- OSHA 10 construction certification
- First Aid/CPR certification
- Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills and the ability to interact with a wide variety of professions
- Self-motivated and self-learner.

Education and/ or Work Experience:
- Minimum of 3-5 years’ work experience as an administrator or related role
