JOB SUMMARY  

ProLift, a national leader in full-service rigging and transportation solutions, is actively seeking a seasoned analytics and systems leader with a track record of success in leading special projects and building teams to accomplish success in systems management and development. Our organization thrives on excellence in project management, engineering, and specialized lifting and hauling equipment, and we are looking for a leader that understands our operating teams are a customer and who is willing to develop systems and processes that meets their needs and has their input.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• IT and Analytics team members’ development
• IT environment architecture, controls, policies, processes, and systems
• Strategic planning and direction of systems through collaboration with the Strategic Leadership Team
• Data analytics special projects
• Provide and achieve key department measurables

Additional Responsibilities and Expectations.

• Creating and executing department plans to meet the needs of the primary responsibilities above
• Building relationships with key leaders throughout the organization and engage them for feedback and input on projects that could affect their operations
• Evaluating current processes and systems to map IT infrastructure, identify areas for improvement, and source solutions
• Cost leadership and accountability for department spending including ownership of large technology vendor relationships, effective systems user management, team spending, and cross-departmental spending on similar platforms
• Collaborating with BCR IT to ensure system security and risk management
• Gatekeep access to critical systems and IT environments and ensure appropriate segregation of duties for an effective environment
• Researching emerging technology and planning for future scalability

Required Qualifications:

• Proven track record in leading projects focused on data analytics
• Technical skills in data analysis, BI tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI, etc.)
• A demonstrated ability to lead teams of 5-10 people and foster a results-orientated culture
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

Education:

• A bachelor’s degree in related field (data analytics, computer science, etc.)
