Product Owner & Delivery Manager bei Corpay

Your role

Corpay is currently looking to hire a Product Owner & Delivery Manager within our 1Link division. This position falls under our Vehicle payments line of business and is located in Meriden. In this role, you will take ownership of assigned products, ensuring their successful delivery, performance, and continuous improvement to agreed service levels. You will report directly to the Head of Product Management and regularly collaborate with the QA, Development, and Platform teams.

Role Responsibilities

The responsibilities of the role will include:
• Understanding and documenting all system features and functionality
• Monitoring market trends and maintaining in-depth product and competitor knowledge
• Establishing, agreeing, and delivering product performance against key metrics
• Defining and maintaining external service level agreements (SLAs)
• Initiating, supporting, and coordinating product development initiatives
• Managing and prioritizing product change requests
• Collaborating with QA and Development teams to test, approve, and release software updates
• Communicating product releases and updates internally and externally
• Managing product releases, documentation, and version control
• Creating and maintaining high-quality demonstration systems for product presentations
• Providing expert product knowledge and support to internal teams and external customers
• Leading and developing a team of Product Executives to support overall business goals
• Ensuring compliance with documentation standards and internal processes
• Collaborating with colleagues across the Product Management team to assist with shared initiatives

Qualifications & Skills

• 5+ years of experience in product management within a technology, SaaS, or digital platform environment
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC)
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams (Development, QA, Operations)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with performance metrics and reporting tools
• Leadership experience with the ability to coach and mentor junior team members
