Location: Onsite four days per week - Kohler, WI Opportunity Serve as the strategic finance partner for the Direct-to-Consumer and Kohler Home Services channels, with a focus on Kohler Signature Stores, KOHLER.com, and Kohler Home Services. This role involves delivering financial analysis, sharing insights, and recommending actions to drive revenue growth and improve profitability. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to build strong partnerships and support business goals. The role operates within a matrixed organization and requires alignment with Kohler Co. policies and procedures. A high level of integrity, ethics, and professionalism is essential when working with key stakeholders across the business. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education, and the work location. In addition, this position is eligible for a performance bonus/variable incentive compensation.
