We are seeking an outstanding and dedicated REGISTERED NURSE (RN)  to join our team and help carry out nursing duties for our beautiful assisted living community in Yakima, WA. This position is PART TIME only and is a wonderful opprotunity for someone seeking work life balance.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain a high degree of resident satisfaction through consistent delivery of high-quality services
  • Act as the contact for all issues related to resident care
  • Understand the community's care regulations along with state-specific regulations
  • Provides activities of daily assistance to the residents as needed
  • Maintain current departmental policies, procedures, and licenses, in accordance with company, Federal, State, and local requirements
  • Supervise, develop, and schedule the care staff according to the company's policies, procedures, and standards
  • Establish and maintain a medication program
  • Perform assessments and reassessments according to policies
  • Ensure resident records and charting is current and up to date
  • Provide Nurse Delegation responsibilities for staff and residents.

Qualifications


Qualifications

  • Positive team player attitude and love working with people
  •  RN in good standing with the state of Wa. 
  • Previous administrative experience in Senior Living
  • Knowledge of various computer systems, particularly Excel and Word
  • A high degree of accuracy in all assignments; ability to manage time effectively, work with numerous interruptions, strength in showing initiative, good judgment; employs professional ethics; has a pleasant manner, good communication skills, and the ability to motivate
