Makwa Global is a seasoned federal contractor which has a visionary approach and strategic attention to detail that our customers and employees can depend on.   Makwa Global IT, a subsidiary of Makwa Global is hiring a Data Manager ITMS Program.


We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Data Manager to support the ITMS program under SOCOM PEO Fixed Wing. This contract position plays a critical role in managing the full lifecycle of data, including overseeing CDRL requirements, consolidating Monthly Status Reports (MSRs) from subcontractors, and maintaining SOP documentation. The ideal candidate will bring experience working with senior military and civilian personnel, tracking value streams for IPTs, and assisting with program procurement activities.


 Key Responsibilities:


  • Maintain responsibility for United States Special Operations Command (USSOCOM) AC/MC-130J Configuration Management (CM) data files for the Integrated Tactical Management System (ITMS) program
  • Reviews, analyzes and coordinates the vendor’s AC/MC-130J Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) data deliveries to the ITMS enterprise for accuracy, completeness, and compliance 
  • Develops acquisition management system documentation, to include supporting the development of Statements of Objectives (SOO), Statements of Work (SOW), Performance Work Statements (PWS), and CM Plans, etc 
  • Develop and implement configuration management plans, policies, and procedures 
  • Coordinate and perform configuration audits and reviews to ensure compliance with established processes and standards 
  • Provide training and guidance on configuration management practices and tools to team members 
  • Prepare and present configuration status reports and metrics to stakeholders 
  • Ensure compliance with government regulations, standards, and policies related to configuration management
  • Review and analyze CDRL deliverables to ensure compliance with SOO, SOW, PWS and other requirement documentation 
  • Utilizes JIRA and other repository sites to manage CM / CDRL deliveries and reviews 
  • Provides CM, Requirements analysis, Risk Management, and other support services to the Program Executive Officer – Fixed Wing (PEO-FW) 
  • Manage and track all program data deliverables, including CDRLs, recurring meeting deliverables, and program artifacts. Consolidate subcontractor inputs into a streamlined, program-level MSR 
  • Collaborate with IPT leads to validate and trace program requirements 
  • Maintain and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) 
  • Coordinate with vendors and assist with procurement tasks including placing and tracking orders 
  • Manages team travel approvals for TDYs, reserves meeting space 
  • Interface with senior government and military personnel to support program execution 
  • Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with SOCOM and USAF processes 




Requirements
  • 5 to 10 years of experience in data management or DOW program management
  •  Previous experience with DoD aerospace aircraft, specifically the AC/MC-130J or other C-130 series aircraft 
  • Previous experience with aerospace flight test operations 
  • Previous experience as a project manager 
  • Comprehensive knowledge of configuration management principles Strong working knowledge of Microsoft (MS) Office Suite software.
  • Bachelor's degree and 5-7 years' experience in an Aerospace field and/or relevant to functional area; or a Master's degree and 3-5 years' in an Aerospace field in respective technical / professional discipline being performed. 
  • At least (3) years of experience must have been performed on DoD programs/projects. 
  • Must be able to maintain a Secret Clearance
