About Finni Health

This model allows you to focus on client care, staff training, and retention, not paperwork. You’ll have the autonomy of a small practice with the backing of a strong, mission-driven network.

  • Ensure all treatment approaches are evidence-based and ethically sound

  • Collaborate with families to develop supportive home and community strategies

  • Communicate with billing and insurance teams to meet payor requirements and deadlines

Qualifications

  • Master’s Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or related field

  • Valid BCBA Certification (in good standing)
