📌 About the Role
The Associate Practice Administrator will manage the strategic and daily administrative operations of multiple healthcare practices, ensuring alignment with Millennium's vision to enhance performance across efficiency, financial management, compliance, and staff coordination.
You will oversee administrative functions including revenue cycle management, billing, HR, budgeting, financial analysis, workflow optimization, and recruitment. This role typically supports four practices and requires a proactive leader who thrives in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
🛠 Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations of assigned practices, ensuring compliance and efficiency
Manage and optimize administrative workflows for high-quality support services
Own financial budgets, review monthly statements, and resolve discrepancies
Prepare and analyze financial/statistical reports to identify cost-saving opportunities
Collaborate with leadership to implement operational plans and resolve challenges
Recruit, train, and manage administrative staff; design staffing models
Support provider recruitment and onboarding from an administrative perspective
Drive continuous improvement initiatives across practice operations
Demonstrate excellent service to internal teams and patients
🎯 Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED required
2+ years of healthcare management experience in a physician practice setting preferred
1+ years of operations management experience leading clinical/operational teams
Deep knowledge of practice disciplines: revenue cycle, billing, HR, budgeting, financial analysis, workflows, recruitment
Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, spreadsheets, and reporting systems
Proven ability to manage multiple practices and coordinate diverse teams
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
