Role Overview
We are seeking dedicated Matchday Ops Team Members to help deliver a smooth, professional matchday experience. This role is crucial for ensuring that the venue is ready to welcome spectators and staff alike.

Key Responsibilities
- Event Setup and Pack-Down:
Assist with the setup and pack-down of all operational equipment as directed by the Safety and Operations teams. This includes but not limited to signage, barriers, radios, and uniforms.
- Asset Management:
Jointly maintain the asset management system, ensuring all specified operational equipment is logged, tracked, and stored correctly. Report any losses, damages, or maintenance issues promptly.
- Operational area maintenance:
Keep all operational and staff areas (briefing rooms, welfare spaces, and break areas) clean, tidy, and well-presented throughout the year. Ensure supplies are replenished and waste is managed appropriately through liaising with relevant support.
- Uniform and equipment coordination:
Organise, distribute, and collect uniforms, radios, earpieces, accreditation, and other essential matchday equipment. Maintain accurate records of issue and return.
- Uniform care and presentation:
Wash, dry, and iron uniforms to maintain consistent presentation standards and readiness for each event. (Note that some events may require dry cleaning to be organised)
- On-the-Day Support:
Provide responsive, professional support during live events to resolve uniform, equipment, or logistical issues quickly and effectively. Act as a key liaison point for stewards and supervisors requiring replacements or assistance.
- Traffic Management Support:
Assist with basic traffic management duties to support site readiness, vehicle movement, and egress operations as directed by the Safety or Operations team. (Training provided)
- Communication and Teamwork:
Maintain clear, professional, and timely communication with the Safety, Operations, and Staffing points of contact. Contribute to a positive and cooperative working environment.
- Post-Match Collation and Reporting:
Support the compilation of post-match reports where required, including incident summaries from relevant supervisors, equipment logs, or anything else required for review by the Operations of Safety team.

Requirements
Essential requirements:
- Aged 18 or over
- Eligible to work in the UK
- Physically fit and able to handle moderate manual tasks
- Positive attitude, professional demeanour, and strong attention to detail
- Excellent time management and communication skills
- Team player who takes responsibility for their duties
Benefits
- Rate of Pay- £13.85 per hour (excluding holiday pay)
