We are looking for Workday Project Officer to join Global Payroll & Time project team. In this role, you’ll be fully dedicated to Workday related projects by delivering new implementations, enhancements, and improvements that support our organization’s global HRIS transformation roadmap.
In the role, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Participating in end-to-end Workday projects - including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment
Collaborate with project managers/workstream leads, internal stakeholders (HR, Payroll, IT/IS, Finance) to define and to ensure alignment on configuration scope and deliverables
Translate business requirements into Workday solutions aligned with global and local policies
Participate in testing cycles (unit, end-to-end, integration, and user acceptance tests) and delivery of issue resolution
Develop and maintain project documentation, configuration workbooks, and materials for testing
Ensuring configuration and implementation consistency and compliance across countries
Contribute to project governance, change control, and configuration management processes
Share knowledge and best practices within the project team
Support post-implementation reviews to identify improvement areas and enhance delivery efficiency
To be successful in this role, you have:
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field with fluency in English
Workday certification in Time Tracking and Absence (preferred)
At least 3 years of Workday functional experience, with experience in Time Tracking and/or Absence configuration (must), experience with Payroll integrations (desirable)
Demonstrated experience in Workday implementation or enhancement projects, systems troubleshooting
Experience with global project environments or multi-country configuration projects is a plus
Ability to manage multiple project tasks and deliverables within established timelines
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail
Strong communication, documentation and stakeholder management skills, together with a proactive mindset
