Key Responsibilities
- Lead solution design for projects covering client portals, APIs, Applications, and assisted digital tools.
- Translate reference architectures into implementation-ready blueprints with engineering leads and product owners.
- Bring hands-on awareness of technologies such as React/Angular, micro-frontends, REST/GraphQL APIs, microservices, and event-driven integration.
- Contribute to client service automation, workflow design, and orchestration to enable self-service and relation manager -assisted journeys.
- Ensure security, scalability, and compliance with architecture and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with Client Data and Client Services streams to enable full integration of data and service capabilities.
- Provide technical leadership and mentoring to delivery teams; perform architecture reviews and ensure alignment with the Client Centricity roadmap.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
- Mid-senior: 8–12 years in solution or digital architecture roles within complex enterprise environments.
- Experience designing client service automation and digital workflow integration.
- Strong technical understanding of Client centric solutions and technologies like React/Angular front-end frameworks, REST/GraphQL APIs, microservices, and event-driven architecture.
- Familiarity with Identity, user-management, CI/CD, Cloud/DevOps, and API management platforms.
- Strong communication skills and ability to bridge business, and technical delivery teams. Demonstratable analytical and organisational skills.
- Practical, hands-on approach to ensuring architectural integrity through delivery.
