The Manager Contracts is responsible for managed care revenue maximization at all INTEGRIS Health facilities through the development, implementation and administration of a comprehensive Revenue Recovery program. INTEGRIS Health is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action employer.

Responsibilities

The Manager Contracts responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following: 

* Implements and has oversight of INTEGRIS Health facilities managed care strategy, including ongoing review and analysis of financial performance. 

* Develops and manages all managed care third party payer recovery activities, ensuring payer compliance with payment arrangements. 

* Directs, supervises, plans, coordinates and oversees specific functions and activities of the Managed Care Recovery, Payor Contracting, Consumer Priceline, Pharmaceutical Assistance Program, Provider Relations staffs to ensure the goals and objectives of the INTEGRIS strategic plan are being met. 

* Oversees revenue cycle education for both administrative and clinical staff and the development of common policies and procedures for all appropriate System staff. 

* Ensures department staff are managed effectively, including hiring, scheduling, training, evaluating performance and competency, and conducting disciplinary/counseling sessions as needed. Develops department budgets, fiscal accountability and achieving financial goals/results. Reports to assigned leader

Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree 

* 8 years managed care or case management experience 

* Experience with presenting to small and large groups preferred 

* Must be able to communicate effectively in English (verbal/written)
