Job Summary

POSITION DESCRIPTION: The job of Systems Support Representative under the general supervision of the Supervisor, System Support is responsible for supporting and facilitating data processing activities for schools, district offices and the Riverside County Office of Education. The primary role of this position is to support processing activities for users of the data center’s applications. In addition, provides input and assistance in identifying and resolving processing and report problems via email and phone calls. Persons in this class perform a variety of data processing tasks with minimum supervision within a framework of established procedures, and are expected to perform with only occasional instruction or assistance. Incumbents may have frequent contact with other districts, which requires them to have knowledge of the applications and policies related to the delivery of data center services. Duties include maintaining solid customer relationships by handling questions and concerns with speed and professionalism. Also may require research skills to troubleshoot customer problems and other related work as required. Excellent communication abilities are essential.

Requirements / Qualifications

EXPERIENCE: Two years of experience in the performance of accounting/clerical operations. Customer service experience is desired. EDUCATION: High school diploma or equivalent REQUIRED TESTING: Once this position closes, your application will be screened for minimum qualifications. Those who meet the minimum qualifications will be e-mailed an invitation for testing. Testing is tentatively scheduled for December 3, 2025.
