Job Summary

With the support and supervision of the SELPA Director, the Project Coordinator would be responsible for coordinating and monitoring all projects and activities related to the SELPA System Improvement Lead grant. The Project Coordinator would ensure that all grant-related tools, resources, trainings, and events are timely, high-quality, and align with the overarching goals of the SELPA System Improvement Lead project.

Requirements / Qualifications

Home office required - location flexible within California. Frequent regional and statewide travel required. Required Qualifications: Any combination of education and experience would likely provide the requisite knowledge and abilities. A typical way to obtain the knowledge and abilities would be: Education: Administrative Credential from an accredited college or university required for individuals hired after July 1, 2024. Valid California Pupil Personnel Services Credential, Education Specialist Credential, or other CTC issued credential required. Experience: Minimum five (5) years’ experience in an educational setting in programs that may include special education or general education. Desired Qualifications: Master’s Degree preferred from an accredited college or university with an emphasis in special education or closely related field.
