As a Senior Program Analyst, you'll manage financial forecasting, budgeting, and reporting for program elements, including trip management and task order deliverables. You'll coordinate cross-task activities with logistics, procurement, and knowledge management teams to facilitate integrated reporting, resource allocation, and documentation for enterprise IT projects. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include analyzing financial data trends, generating dashboards, and providing recommendations for cost savings and process improvements.

Required Skills and Education
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- PMI-PMP cert
- 8+ years of experience in program analysis, financial forecasting, and reporting within government contracting or large enterprise environments
- Hands-on experience with financial tools (e.g., advanced Excel, ERP systems) and reporting for travel/trip management or task orders in IT services contexts
- Active DoD Secret Clearance (must be current and transferable)
- Strong understanding of federal financial regulations (e.g., FAR, DCAA compliance) and ITIL practices for service value management
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a global, high-stakes setting
- Applies extensive expertise, and has full knowledge of other related disciplines, with the ability to exercise considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches to assignment
