IT Section Manager bei AISIN Drivetrain, Inc-ADI

ADI is seeking a motivated and hands-on IT Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of our IT infrastructure. You’ll be responsible for maintaining core systems, supporting users, and coordinating small-scale projects across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain our Microsoft 365 tenant, including user provisioning, licensing, and security policies.
• Administer AD and Group Policy.
• Help Existing staff monitor and troubleshoot local networks.
• Lead all IT projects from planning to execution, including upgrades, migrations, and deployments.
• Provide Tier 2/3 support for escalated technical issues.
• Collaborate with vendors and service providers to ensure system reliability.
• Document procedures, configurations, and support workflows.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in IT support or systems administration.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Active Directory.
• Familiarity with networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs).
• Experience managing or assisting with IT projects.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Certifications such as CompTIA Network+, Microsoft 365 Fundamentals, or PMP (a plus).
