Requirements
What We’re Looking For?
- 2–3 years of experience in operations or administration (telecom, construction, or utilities preferred)
- Knowledge of billing reconciliation, vendor management, and operational reporting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with project management tools a plus
- Strong organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication across teams and customers
- Proven problem-solving and adaptability in dynamic, deadline-driven environments
- Commitment to confidentiality, accountability, and continuous improvement
What You’ll Do
- Track and reconcile projects and billing — ensure accuracy, compliance, and on-time invoicing
- Manage invoicing approvals and coordinate with Accounts Receivable
- Verify data integrity and resolve discrepancies across billing and project records
- Support recruiting and onboarding, ensuring new hires have a smooth start
- Audit timecards and assist with payroll to ensure compliance and accuracy
- Maintain certifications, asset records, and risk documentation for operational readiness
- Coordinate with vendors, subcontractors, and internal departments (Finance, HR, Fleet, Risk)
- Assist in training and onboarding new administrative staff
- Handle incident reports, field communications, and customer documentation
- Perform additional administrative duties as assigned to support daily operations
