Job Description
You will be the Items Analyst‑ASC for the Supply & Logistics Team. Our team safeguards program success by maintaining optimal inventory levels, controlling stockroom assets, and delivering the right parts to the right place at the right time.
What You Will Be Doing
As the Items Analyst‑ASC you will be responsible for managing day‑to‑day stockroom operations, coordinating with engineers, suppliers, and program leads, and applying inventory‑optimization models to keep programs fully stocked. You’ll forecast supply needs, track receipts and demands, and drive continuous improvement across the supply function.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Load kit data into the supply system with precision and timeliness.
• Analyze shortages, identify root causes, and initiate corrective stockroom actions.
• Communicate shortage status and mitigation plans to program leads.
• Lead and support improvement initiatives that enhance supply chain efficiency.
• Drive material procurements aligned with active work orders.
• Oversee warehouse management, including receipt processing, inventory allocation, and logistics coordination.
• Maintain accurate asset identification and documentation.
• Support engineering project planning, organization, integration, and completion within your scope.

Basic Qualifications
- Prior supply chain support and/or stock room experience managing materials to include inventories
- Strong Computer Skills including MS Office
- Ability to acquire a Security Clearance

Benefits offered: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, 401(k) match, Flexible Spending Accounts, EAP, Education Assistance, Parental Leave, Paid time off, and Holidays.
(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
