Part-Time Virtual Assistant – Modeling Agency (Remote)
We are looking for a Part-Time Virtual Assistant to support a modeling agency in Los Angeles California. The role involves client and model coordination, administrative, and marketing support.
Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Manage schedules, emails, and files
- Coordinate with clients and models for bookings and updates
- Assist with social media posts and engagement
- Prospect and engage potential clients
Qualifications:
- Experience as a VA or Admin Assistant (preferred)
- Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
- Good communication skills
- Familiar with MS Office/Google Workspace & social media platforms
- Background in modeling/fashion is a plus
Graveyard Schedule:
Must be available during client’s working hours
- LA PST time 8:00am-12:00pm (11:00pm - 3:00am PHT).
- Sometimes schedule changes to LA PST time 1:00 - 5:00pm (4:00am - 8:00am PHT)

💰 Competitive salary: PHP 250/hour, 4 hours a day, amenable to work 3 to 5 days a week
