What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 10 years of experience in embedded software design
• Proven track record of adopting new software technologies in product development
• Strong leadership and team guidance skills
• Strategic business acumen and market awareness
• Excellent communication skills, especially in customer-facing scenarios
