Aramsco is seeking a dependable and safety-focused CDL Driver to join our team. This position is responsible for safely operating company vehicles, making timely deliveries, and supporting warehouse operations. The ideal candidate demonstrates professionalism, excellent customer service, and a strong commitment to safety and accuracy.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate company vehicles safely and professionally at all times.

  • Make timely deliveries within assigned routes while ensuring products are handled with care.

  • Unload and stack products with customers in a friendly, courteous manner.

  • Ensure all delivery paperwork and documentation are completed accurately.

  • Assist with warehouse operations, including locating, receiving, storing, stocking, and shipping merchandise.

  • Assemble and prepare customer orders for shipment, including palletizing and staging.

  • Sort and store materials and products in designated locations according to product codes or sequences.

  • Review and resolve discrepancies related to freight claims.

  • Perform daily inventory cycle counts and update product maintenance locations as needed.

  • Load and unload merchandise during receiving or shipping operations.

  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment in compliance with safety and sanitation standards.

Qualifications/ Skills

Qualifications

  • Valid Class A or B Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with a clean driving record (no DUIs or reckless driving violations in the past 3 years).

  • Subject to random DOT drug and alcohol testing per federal regulations.

  • Minimum 2 years of commercial driving experience preferred (experience with 26’ box trucks or larger vehicles a plus).

  • Must meet all Department of Transportation (DOT) physical and medical requirements, including a valid DOT Medical Examiner’s Certificate.

  • Knowledge of DOT hours-of-service regulations and ability to maintain accurate driver logs and inspection reports.

  • Ability to safely operate and inspect vehicles, including performing daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections.

  • Experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, or other warehouse equipment preferred.

  • Good physical health with the ability to frequently lift, push, or pull 75+ lbs.

  • Able to use dollies or hand trucks to maneuver heavy loads safely across various terrains (wet, dry, icy, or uneven surfaces).

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to interact professionally with customers, managers, and coworkers.

  • Basic math and reading comprehension skills for verifying quantities and completing paperwork accurately.

  • Dependable, punctual, and able to meet delivery and warehouse deadlines.

  • Salary Range $21.50 - $24.78.

Requires developed skills through formal training or considerable work experience. Works within established procedures with a moderate degree of supervision. Requires developed skills to perform day-to-day activities. Understands how the assigned duties relate to others in the team and how the team integrates with others. Has no supervisory responsibilities. Recognizes and solves typical problems that can occur in own work area without supervisory approval; evaluates and selects solutions from established options. Impacts the quality of own work. Uses communication skills to exchange of information.
