What’s the role?
To be responsible for the management, development and coordination of day opportunities for people with Learning Disabilities and additional support needs, challenging behaviours for services for adults with Physical & sensory Disabilities, and for people with Dementia.
To be responsible for service changes directly affecting the area of day services.

What we’re looking for
You will be an experienced Manager who has led front line services through change preferably in a building based, community setting. You will have experience of working with people with learning disabilities, dementia and or challenging behaviours. You will be an excellent communicator and have the motivation, drive and commitment to work closely with staff, service users and partners to achieve positive outcomes for our service and those who use it.
Location
The job is based in Ladywell Centre, and the Mulberry Centre. There is an expectation you will be available to work from both buildings. Due to the nature of the service, working from home is not a routine practice.
Special conditions
- There could e some limited out of hours working due to the building being used at weekends.
- The job is subject to an enhanced DBS check

Salary
£52,269 - £54,360 per annum (P04)
NB: All appointments will be offered at the minimum spinal column point (SCP) for the grade of the role. The only exception to this will be when matching current salary (up to the maximum of the scale), which is subject to evidential proof.
