What You’ll Do
Learn the fundamentals of business operations, marketing, and client management
Support daily event marketing and fundraising campaigns on behalf of nonprofit partners
Assist in managing team performance, campaign goals, and community outreach strategies
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and clients
Lead by example in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Participate in ongoing leadership and personal development training
What We’re Looking For
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated with a positive, outgoing attitude
Ability to adapt and thrive in dynamic, high-energy settings
Team-oriented with a natural desire to lead and inspire others
No management experience required — full paid training provided
Must be 18+ and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
Background in customer service, retail, hospitality, or athletics is a plus but not required.
