Weekend Caregiver Needed – Madison Heights, MI

We are looking for a compassionate and dependable caregiver to support a child with Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) in Madison Heights, Michigan.

Position Details:

• Schedule: Weekends

• Pay: Competitive pay, paid weekly

• Training: Paid training provided

• Start Date: Within two weeks of hire

Responsibilities:

• Provide a calm, supportive, and structured environment

• Engage the child in positive, therapeutic activities

• Help with daily routines, meals, and supervision

• Use trauma-informed care approaches (training provided)

• Communicate regularly with parent/guardian

Qualifications:

• Experience with children or individuals with PTSD, trauma, or behavioral/emotional needs preferred (training available)

• Kind, patient, and emotionally supportive demeanor

• Must be 18+ with reliable transportation

• Background check required
