What You�ll Do:

As an Apprentice � Body Technician, you�ll work side-by-side with experienced technicians to learn how to repair damaged vehicles to like-new condition. You�ll receive hands-on training in vehicle disassembly, structural repair, refinishing prep, and more.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting with repairs on vehicles per estimate and company standards

• Preparing vehicles for repair and supporting the team with bodywork restoration

• Removing and installing outer and internal vehicle body parts using specialized tools

• Reporting any additional needed repairs or changes to estimated timelines

• Following all safety protocols and maintaining a clean, hazard-free work environment

• Learning and complying with local, state, and federal regulations

What We�re Looking For:

Whether you have previous exposure to automotive repair or you�re brand new to the industry, we�re looking for enthusiastic learners who are ready to grow.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 1�3 years of hands-on or educational experience in collision repair (preferred but not required)

• Knowledge or interest in vehicle structures, parts replacement, and damage repair

• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs regularly and 70+ lbs occasionally

• Comfortable climbing, kneeling, crouching, or crawling as needed

• Strong attention to detail and a willingness to follow directions

• Safety-first mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
