Job Details 

Are you willing to travel throughout Northeast Fife as a Mobile Janitor working alone or as part of a team?  

Undertaking all Janitorial duties, compliance checks and associated documentation, as required.

We currently have a permanent post to join our team on a Monday to Friday between the hours of 7:00am and 3:12pm with 1 hour for lunch. 

  • Mobile Janitor – 36 hours per week, based at Bell Baxter, Cupar. 

You will earn a competitive salary of £28,175.91to £30,691.29 per year and have access to a range of benefits, including:

You will be required to work on your own or as part to of a Team covering the following: 

  

Supervising Assistant Janitors, Work Choice Assistant Janitors, Work Placement staff and other employees, including carrying out induction and training of new staff, attendance management, completing timesheets, annual leave authorisation and participating in recruitment and selection etc. 

Liaising as required with outside contractors either directly or through property services staff, ensuring (with heads) that contractors have the necessary Public Liability Insurance and they comply with relevant aspects of Health and Safety Legislation. 

Carrying out prescribed procedures in the event of fire, flooding, accident or damage including liaising with appropriate staff, contractors etc.  

Responding to problems and resolving issues.
