What you'll do

  • You are responsible for the successful management of your own existing customer portfolio.
  • With your keen sense for cross-selling, upselling, and renewal potential, you always have the right solutions at hand to convince all parties.
  • You take individual customer requirements on board and use them as an opportunity tointensify the business relationship.
  • You win over our existing customers with your proactive, open, and communicative personality.
  • You take on projects of various sizes and handle them independently.
  • Together with the customer, you look for an ideal solution in the event of complaints and claims.
  • You are the first point of contact for contract renewals and questions about billing issues.
  • You are in close contact with colleagues from sales and technical departments.

What you'll need

  • You have successfully completed a degree or technical or commercial training.
  • You have already gained initial professional experience in sales or customer service.
  • You have an affinity for IT and digitalization topics.
  • You are solution-oriented and, thanks to your reflective approach, you can master even complex customer requirements without losing sight of the balance between customer wishes and economic efficiency.
  • You have a strong business acumen, initiative, and a customer-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent French skills and good English skills round off your profile.
