Charlotte Mechanical is seeking an Experienced HVAC Installer to join our growing New Construction Multi-Family Division in the Charlotte area. About the Role
As an HVAC Installer, you’ll play a key role in completing Multi-family, new construction projects, installing systems that ensure comfort and performance for future residents. You’ll work closely with site supervisors, builders, and other trade teams to deliver high-quality, efficient installations that meet our company’s and our clients’ standards.

Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Install air handlers, flex duct, and ceiling registers across multi-unit construction sites
 - Assemble, install, and repair HVAC piping, fittings, and fixtures according to specifications
 - Interpret blueprints and follow layouts to ensure proper system placement and performance
 - Coordinate with project leads to maintain timelines and quality standards
 - Safely work from ladders (6’ and above) in a fast-paced, active construction environment
 - Maintain a clean, organized work area and represent Charlotte Mechanical with professionalism

We’re searching for an HVAC professional who understands the rhythm of large-scale new construction projects and takes pride in efficiency and teamwork.

- Have proven experience in new construction HVAC installation, preferably in multi-family projects
 - Be dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision
 - Demonstrate strong communication and teamwork skills
 - Adapt easily to changing site conditions, deadlines, and project needs
 - Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude on every job site
 
Physical Requirements
- Regularly stand, walk, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, and crawl
 - Work safely on ladders and elevated platforms
 - Lift and move up to 50 lbs. regularly
 - Work outdoors in various weather conditions, including heat and humidity
