About the Job

The People Systems Associate acts as a first line advisor and is fully responsible for global HR data processing, maintenance, analysis and reporting. This role will provide global service to employees, line management, and HR colleagues. 

The People Systems Associate will also act as a Super user for HR applications in HCM and support HR staff and employees in 5 global centres in general HRIS issues and requests. This role is the front line for all HR-related data queries and requests within HR, and works closely with the People Systems & Insights Specialist to provide regular management information reports.

This People Systems Associate is responsible for the HR analytics and reporting, ensuring the systems (HCM & Oracle EPBCS) are synchronised to the extent that there is no duplication of employee data. This role requires strong collaboration with stakeholders in all business units in IB to assess and understand systems and processes.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure quality data management and data integrity in the systems for quality reports and analysis
  • Provide analysis on HR Data through critical evaluation of information gathered from multiple sources
  • Responsible for generating and analysing HR data for QPR, Executive team dashboards and reports required by business units
  • Assist with creation of KPI reporting to ensure up-to date information, and provide analysis on data integrity, test design, analysis, validation, and documentation
  • Analyse data to determine best practices of reporting and determine ways to simplify and automate standard reporting
  • Management of the organisation charts and ensure it is updated on regular basis 
  • As part of HRIS support, to act as first tier troubleshooting support for HCM issues, follow up on open tickets, support management of core HR
  • Build, test and deploy HRIS solutions to business needs (e.g benefit administration) 
  • Responsible as Global HR SharePoint Admin to maintain access rights and access list
  • Provide ad hoc reporting as requested to relevant stakeholders for important organisational decisions and actions 
  • Provide support to audit HR transactional data inside the HR Database and HRIS
  • Regularly cleanse data held in the HRIS to ensure accuracy

Qualifications

About You

  • Broad knowledge and experience working in a HR position with any HRIS (e.g. Oracle, SAP, Workday etc) as administrative user is essential.
  • Data analytic mindset with the ability to perform Lookups, IF statements and Pivot Tables. Ideally this will be gained from work experience, however we are open to receiving applications from individuals who have learned these data manipulation tools from academic or self study.
  • Ability to maintain, analyse and report on data at a high standard.
  • A good understanding of data tools such as Visio, Tableau, Python, Power BI etc to create dashboards.
  • Attention to detail, intellectual curiosity and creativity.
  • Good planning and organisational skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritise and meet deadlines.
