AERMOR is seeking a Supply Technician who will provide logistics and supply chain support for defense-related projects. The individual will be responsible for the management, tracking, and distribution of materials, equipment, and resources supporting electronic and electrical repair and installation efforts. This position requires hands-on experience in supply operations, warehouse management, and DoD financial and material control systems to ensure efficient and compliant logistics support.

This is not a remote position. 

Key Responsibilities:

 
  • Manage the receipt, storage, inventory, and distribution of materials, parts, and equipment in support of project and maintenance operations.
  • Perform supply and warehouse functions, ensuring proper documentation and accountability of assets in accordance with DoD regulations.
  • Oversee material ordering, acquisition, and procurement processes to support ongoing repair, installation, and maintenance activities.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records, conduct audits, and reconcile discrepancies between physical and system inventories.
  • Support financial management tasks related to procurement, cost tracking, and budget control.
  • Coordinate with project leads, engineers, and technicians to ensure timely delivery of required materials and components.
  • Supervise or lead warehouse operations, providing guidance and oversight to logistics and material handling personnel.
  • Ensure all logistics activities comply with safety, security, and quality control standards.
  • Utilize Government or commercial logistics systems for tracking and reporting material movement and asset status.
  • Prepare and maintain reports, logs, and documentation related to supply chain operations and material readiness.

Minimum Qualifications:
 
  • Five (5) years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or warehouse operations.
  • Experience serving in a supervisory or warehouse lead role at a Department of Defense (DoD) facility.
  • Experience with financial management and material acquisition processes.
  • Experience supporting logistics for projects involving electronic or electrical repair and installation.
  • Knowledge of inventory management systems, material handling procedures, and Government supply regulations.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
  • High School Diploma or GED required; additional training in logistics or supply management preferred.
