Shift Schedule:
What is the current shift for 2025?
4 Shift Rotation:
- Rotating shifts between 1st (6:30 AM -3:00 PM), 2nd (2:30 PM – 11:00 PM), 3rd (10:30 PM – 7:00 AM) and 4th (week off)
- 8 hour shift during the week (Monday- Friday)
- 12 hour weekend shift (off every other weekend)
- 1 consecutive full week off per month (in addition to other days off per month)
What is the future shift in 2026?
Fixed Shifts (Non- Rotating)

Job Purpose:
The Production Leader is a shift-based, front-line operations people leader of on average 15 production associates, who efficiently improves quality, safety, continuous improvement, performance management, associate development, team engagement and operating results.
What we are looking for?
Minimum Requirements:
- High School or GED
- 4+ years of experience in a people management role
- 4+ years of experience in a technical manufacturing continuous improvement environment
- Working knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices
- Proficient in computer software’s including MS Office and email
Physical Requirements:
- Frequent lifting/carrying (10-50 lbs.) and frequent pushing/pulling (50-200 lbs.).
- Frequent handling/gripping/bending/stooping.
- Ability to work at elevated heights off a ladder or platform, climb stairs, leaning over equipment.
- Ability to stand and / or work on feet for extended periods (minimum eight hours in one shift).
- Ability to work a flexible schedule as needed to support production needs and to conduct multi-task work in a very fast paced work environment
- Able to understand, speak, read and write in English
Preferred Qualifications:
- Degree in Engineering, basic sciences, or business-related disciplines
- Mechanical training or experience
What will your key responsibilities be?
- Manage and motivate a team up to 15 associates to meet KPIs with a quality and safety mindset while driving associate engagement and development.
- Implement changes in methods, equipment, systems and organization, as needed, to assure the objectives of the line/area are met
- Deliver recommendations by using a Continuous Improvement mindset and the Mars Supply Excellence (MSE) program.
- Collaborate with the Area Leadership team to improve strategies to help the line/area perform more effectively.
- Coach operators to build their functional and leadership capabilities and to drive accountability.
- Coordinate materials, staffing and resources to support line operation and changeovers.
- Ensure the ongoing production and conversion of material into quality products in safe and defect free products consistent with the principles of Mars.
