Job Description:
The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all aspects of MRO inventory warehouse operations. This includes ensuring safe operations, managing receiving, stocking, issuing, cycle counting, adhering to GMP standards, coordinating parts repair, and handling deliveries. Additionally, the Warehouse Supervisor will manage new item requests and stock additions to the storeroom.

  • Provide direct daily supervision to ensure efficient warehouse operations.
  • Implement processes and systems to ensure best practices across multiple disciplines.
  • Maintain high levels of customer service and satisfaction.
  • Plan, organize, and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines effectively.
  • Mentor, engage, and guide employees to foster growth and development.
  • Recommend initiatives to management for improving warehouse operations.
  • Review and update current SOPs and guidelines to eliminate inefficiencies in warehouse operations.
  • Ensure around-the-clock availability to address operational needs.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Self-disciplined and able to uphold supervisory responsibilities in alignment with ADM values.
  • Professionalism in interactions with staff, internal departments, and external customers.
  • Proven experience in inventory control and warehouse operations.
  • Ability to supervise and coach employees, fostering their growth and development.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to anticipate and solve problems.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in warehousing, inventory control, and using Maximo EAM software for inventory operations.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a lead or supervisory role.
  • Receptive to learning new tasks and adapting to changes as directed.
  • The likely candidate must be able to pass the Department of Transportation (DOT) certification, as required by the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) for Non-CDL vehicles.
Working Conditions:
  • Indoor Areas:
    • Spring/Summer: Temperatures may reach or exceed 100°F.
    • Fall/Winter: Temperatures may be at or below freezing.
  • Outdoor Areas:
    • Spring/Summer: Temperatures may reach or exceed 100°F, with high humidity and potential exposure to inclement weather (e.g., rain, wind).
    • Fall/Winter: Temperatures may reach freezing or below, with potential exposure to inclement weather (e.g., freezing rain, sleet, snow, wind).
Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to lift and transport materials and equipment weighing up to 30 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds occasionally. Assistance is encouraged for lifting items over 50 pounds.
  • Ability to walk up to 2 miles during the workday.
  • Frequent movement involving stooping, bending, kneeling, or squatting throughout the day.
  • May require prolonged periods of sitting or standing.
This position requires a proactive, detail-oriented leader who can ensure efficient warehouse operations while fostering a safe, collaborative, and productive work environment.

Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Hourly and salaried non-exempt employees will also be paid overtime pay when working qualifying overtime hours.

If hired, employees will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base pay (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.

The pay range for this position is expected to be between:

$58,100.00 - $108,000.00
