As the Director of the Storm EW Product Management Group, you will be working with a cross functional team that is creating a new way of doing business within the ECS Business Area. You will be helping to create a successful path for the implementation of Storm EW policies and procedures that support Program Integration and adaptation of the Storm EW product platform model. The successful candidate will be expected to work as the lead for assigned activities as part of the larger Storm EW Product Management Group Team, develop and implement creative problem solutions and brief ECS leadership of the recommended approaches to ensure the continued success of the Storm EW business model. The Director I will have many opportunities to interface with ECS Leadership Team Members and functional leads across the business area.

- Bachelor’s Degree
- Experience or equivalent experience of 2+ years in a Program Manager II role
- Experience working in a development or production environment
- Ability to lead cross functional teams (ie Engineering, Quality, Operations, etc.) in the execution of complex tasks
- Exhibit sound interpersonal skills to interface, coordinate, and negotiate with company personnel and functional leadership
