Information Security Analyst II bei undefined

Oversight and/or performance of the daily operational duties, functions and tasks of the enterprise’s information security systems through the use of hardware and software tools and analytics.

• Maintain adherence to the corporation’s information security policies and procedures regulatory guidance and industry best practices
• Maintain awareness of internal and external threat risks through ongoing research and training
• Monitor corporate infrastructure (software, hardware, networks) activity for anomalous behavior
• Assist during vulnerability audits and/or assessments and the remediation of items therein
• Help coordinate information security efforts with IT and OPS departments
• Assist in providing regular reporting of information security metrics to management and the ITSC
• Analyze and address IT security alerts
• Analyze and address vulnerabilities in the infrastructure (software, hardware, networks)
• Analyze and assess damage to the data/infrastructure as a result of security incidents.
• Help investigate available tools and countermeasures to remedy detected vulnerabilities
• Recommend solutions and best practices
• Assist in the creation, implementation, and maintenance of security solutions.
• Test for compliance with security policies and procedures
• Perform security monitoring, security and data/logs analysis, and forensic analysis to detect security incidents
• Exercise independent judgment and discretion within job duties.
