I. Implement and sustain a robust PSM framework in line with industry best practices and standards ( JSP PSM standards).
II. Conduct risk-based assessments (e.g., HAZOP, LOPA, BHM,MIQA,ERP) for critical processes and operation.
III. Ensure regular audits, safety integrity level assessments, and effective incident investigations with root cause analysis (RCA). • Ensure 100% compliance with national and local statutory safety regulations, including Factory Act, Electricity Acts, Explosive Rules, PESO, DISH, CFE, CFI, CPCB/SPCB, AERB • Analytical Safety Performance Management
I.Develop and monitor leading and lagging indicators to proactively identify trends, gaps, and improvement areas.

III. Conduct monthly safety reviews with plant leadership based on data-driven insights.
