Installation Manager bei Thermal Specialties

About the Role

We’re seeking a motivated and hands-on working Installation Manager to lead our small but dynamic decorative concrete team. This role combines management and fieldwork — ideal for someone who enjoys leading projects from planning to execution while working alongside their crew when needed.

You’ll oversee a team of installers, ensure jobs are completed safely and efficiently, and maintain strong relationships with customers throughout each project. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow into a leadership role within a specialized concrete business.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and support installers in daily operations.
• Communicate with customers on-site to ensure satisfaction and address any issues.
• Prepare and deliver accurate project quotes.
• Monitor job performance, timelines, and quality standards.
• Maintain and enforce safety and equipment maintenance procedures.
• Step in to perform installations when additional support is needed.
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships while identifying new opportunities.

Preferred Experience

• Background in epoxy, polished concrete, or other flooring systems.
• Experience managing or coordinating field crews.
• Strong problem-solving and leadership skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in physically demanding environments.

Note: While prior experience in decorative concrete and team leadership is preferred, we’re open to candidates with transferable skills and a strong desire to learn and lead.

Qualifications & Preferred Skills:

• Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation
• High school or equivalent (Preferred)
• Ability to work a flexible schedule
• Attention to detail

• Ability to work independently and on a team
