About the Role:

Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end licensing process including applications, renewals, and amendments across multiple states and regulatory bodies.
- Monitor and interpret regulatory changes affecting licensing requirements and communicate impacts to relevant stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal departments such as Legal, Compliance, and Operations to ensure alignment and compliance with licensing standards.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive tracking system for all licenses and permits to ensure timely renewals and avoid lapses.
- Lead audits and prepare documentation for regulatory examinations related to licensing compliance.
- Provide training and guidance to internal teams on licensing policies and procedures.
- Identify opportunities to improve licensing processes and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and compliance.
