THE JOB:

We are seeking a dedicated Sales & Services Coordinator to provide high-level administrative support for our property Business Center as well as our Sales, Catering, and Banquet teams. This role acts as a crucial liaison between our resort and convention guests, ensuring exceptional service that aligns with our core service standards and brand attributes.

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Answer calls and emails, process reservations, confirmations, and cancellations while managing special requests and amenities for convention groups.

• Coordinate and schedule site tour agendas, prepare keys, set up dining, and work collaboratively with clients and other departments.

• Prepare expense reports and maintain comprehensive billing files for convention groups.

• Collaborate with the Banquets team to assist with convention group needs, including inventory control and scheduling.

• Support Business Center operations for resort and convention guest shipping/printing needs, ensuring accurate record-keeping of postage and billing.

• Address customer correspondence and requests while delivering exceptional guest service.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• High School Diploma or GED required.

• At least 1 year of prior relevant experience in guest service required.

• Strong organizational skills and professional demeanor, with exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
