The Sierra Nevada Regional Department of Child Support Services (SNRDCSS) is excited to announce an opportunity to join our leadership team as a Human Services Supervisor!

At SNRDCSS, our mission is to enrich the lives of children by encouraging parents to share in financial responsibilities in an equitable and courteous manner. Our core services include establishing parentage and child support, as well as enforcing support orders.

Duties may include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Plans, assigns, supervises, and reviews the work of a unit of employees in the establishment and enforcement of child support orders.
  • Holds individual and group conferences to discuss or interpret rules, regulations, and policies.
  •  Collaborates with staff to identify and resolve discrepancies in the system. 
  • Using reports and data tools such as Tableau, analyzes individual and team performance, identifying areas for development and implementing strategies to improve outcomes. 
  • Determines when training or oversight is needed and provides appropriate training and guidance.
