Service Director – Global Finance Transformation
Job Description: Service Director, Finance Operations
Position Title: Director/ Snr. Director, Finance Operations
Reporting to: Los Velazquez, VP Finance Operations
Location: Gurgaon, India
Job Summary: The Service Manager will partner with central WKC Transformation Management Office (TMO) for Program delivery and with Provider organization on areas of Operations management & Service delivery.
Job Description - Key Responsibilities:
Day to day Operational issues management –
- As the first point of contact, partner with provider Operations lead to track various operational issues/ escalations
- Liaison with WKC TMO and Department leads around communication & resolution on issues pertaining to service delivery
- Work with provider Operations leads for root causing on process issues, their mitigation, required action and communication
Operational Governance –
- schedule adherence to various operational governance meetings, and reviews
- work with provider PMO/ operating leads to ensure pre-read documents are shared
- work with WKC TMO (Transformation Management Office) on Qtrly & other leadership reviews
- Risk Management- issue log tracking & reporting
- SLA (KPI/ CSL) – ensure monthly/ quarterly reporting along with service provider
Contract management –
- PO management ensuring adherence to monthly billing by provider in line to contractual commitments
- Drive invoice approval within WKC
- Keep track & drive the services credits mechanism (KPI/ CSL) thereby driving required reporting, communication along with provider
Productivity commitments- Tracking along with the provider on monthly/ Qtrly basis, the Productivity commitments as laid out in the contract … including validation for capacity planning/ time analysis for scope adjustments Training & Knowledge management –
- work with provider teams and the WKC department leads on various training needs, assessments, and requirements for existing and new hires
- ensure and keep track that all relevant documentation – process maps, SOPs are always updated, visible & available for all WKC resources at all times
Resource management – work with Provider org to ensure hiring & backfill of key process resources is on time (due to attrition, people movement) and as per specifications/ levels outlined in the contract for that function Coordinate with Service provider for any audit requirements that are undertaken by WKC’s auditors on the Operations processes supported by Provider
Job Specification – Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred Minimum 12+ years of experience in managing & leading F&A operations in a BPO setting and Managed services Must be well versed with various aspects of Service delivery across operations covering areas such as- MSA/ contracts, performance management (SLA/ KPI), training, knowledge & resource management, and governance Extensive experience working for one of the leading service providers or consultancy firms in F&A space Background with strong working knowledge and understanding of financial operations/ F&A (RTR, I2C, P2P)

Collaborative mindset and ability to work independently with different teams -Service Provider and WKC leadership at all levels form C-suite to front line associate A problem solver with ability to navigate complex situations, issue resolution & drive solutions Strong project management skills with ability to keep track of various issues/ actions across project workstreams and stakeholders Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
