Job Purpose

The Software Analyst Supervisor provides direct leadership, vision, and oversight of the Software Support team. The supervisor must collaborate with the team to ensure visions and goals are met in a timely manner. They are responsible for the ongoing maintenance and customization of the agency software systems.

Qualifications                      

• Associate degree in computer science, information systems, or equivalent job experience.
• Minimum of two (2) years’ experience with Electronic Health Record systems.

Core Job Duties

• Provide leadership, support, and direction for the Software Support team through consistent engagement and collaboration, continuous training and education, and maintaining work relationships to establish a healthy work environment for team members.
• Work directly with leadership to provide insight of possibilities utilizing existing software technology.
• Drive execution of system customization via building out custom forms and/or processes within applicable software systems.
• Exhibit a professional appearance, attitude, and demeanor that reflects confidence, positive self-esteem, and overall professionalism when collaborating with agency staff members.
• Lead the Software Support team by example; Assist as needed with the day-to-day duties their roles perform.
• Ensures smooth operations of the supported agency software systems.
• Self-motivated and able to work autonomously.
• Adherence to all applicable evidence-based practice models. 
• Orally communicate information effectively and accurately. 
• Assure program operates within the constraints of the agency’s certification (CARF, DMH) standards and strategic plan related to clinical care.                               
• Abide by program and agency policies and procedures.
• Other job duties and special projects as assigned.
