Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Abide by all Company policies, guidelines and procedures.
Know and understand NOV principal Quality Policy.
Provide guidance, train, develop, and monitor maintenance personnel.
Establish proficiency in all areas requiring maintenance services:
Extensive knowledge of electronics (CNC controls)
Electrical circuits and schematics
Instrumentation
Pneumatic and hydraulic systems
Welding equipment
Mechanical Equipment
Mobile Equipment and vehicles
Forklifts
Hoists, cranes and lifts
Hand and power tools
Buildings and Grounds
Develop cause/effect/prevention troubleshooting/repair techniques.
Implement the Preventive Maintenance Program.
Monitor and maintain an adequate spare parts inventory.
Use resources in a cost efficient manner.
Maintain a clean and orderly workplace.
Other duties as defined by the Maintenance Manager.
Responsible for and the authority to maintain and promote a safe working environment in accordance with the appropriate HSE procedure(s).
Responsible for and the authority to generate non-compliance reports, corrective action and/or preventative actions in accordance with the appropriate operating procedure(s).

Qualifications and/or Physical Requirements
Candidate shall possess the ability to drive various vehicles as required to perform assignments. Candidate must be self-motivated and have a good attitude and attendance record. Candidate must be able to comprehend written and spoken instructions. Minimum of three-year electrical maintenance experience or two-year Electronic Instrumentation degree with one-year Electrical Maintenance experience. Basic knowledge of principles of control circuitry. Knowledge of basic electrical system parts and their function. Knowledge of, and ability to use, basic electricians hand tools and basic functions of Voltage/Ohm meter. Knowledge of electronics required.
Must be able to stand and work in adverse conditions (outside in all types of weather or inside in a manufacturing environment) for a minimum of 8 hours. Must be able to use simple measuring instruments (tape measure, caliper, etc.). Must be able to do extensive walking, bending, stooping, and moderate to heavy lifting. Must be able to manually work multiple levers and Knobs in association with applicable machines or equipment.
