Plans, monitors and manages internal projects from initiation through completion. Leads/Coordinates and secures required resources and used formal processes and tools to manage resources, budgets, risks and changes. Establishes milestones and monitors adherence to master plans and schedules, identifies project problems and obtains solutions, such as allocation of resources or changing contractual specifications. Ensures that project is completed on-time according to the stated specifications and within budgeted costs. Monitors performance and recommends schedule changes, cost adjustments or resource additions.
