As a Maintenance Supervisor, you’ll lead the maintenance team and ensure the community is well-maintained and visually appealing. Responsibilities include:
- Overseeing daily work of maintenance technicians and grounds staff.
- Performing inspections and preventative maintenance.
- Preparing vacant units for occupancy.
- Managing curb appeal, landscaping, and snow removal.
- Supervising contractors and ensuring compliance with safety standards.
- Providing emergency support after hours.
What We’re Looking For
- High school diploma or GED required.
- 1–2 years of maintenance experience; supervisory experience preferred.
- HVAC/EPA certification a plus.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in varied physical conditions and lift up to 75 lbs.
