Your Tasks
- Take commercial ownership of client relationships, overseeing P&L and ensuring pricing and profitability align with financial targets
- Provide oversight of service delivery and operations, monitoring SLA adherence, KPI variance, and client satisfaction surveys
- Prepare and lead monthly and quarterly business reviews, chairing client meetings as needed
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support project management for new business introductions or client projects
- Drive account evolution and growth through strategic planning and identifying opportunities for additional solutions
- Proactively identify and address risks and issues, developing mitigation plans and contingencies as needed
- Manage and resolve account escalations in a timely manner
- Lead and develop a high-performing team dedicated to client success
Your Profile
- Proven track record in customer account management, with a focus on resolving complaints and improving solutions
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking abilities
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
- Demonstrated leadership experience, with a track record of developing and motivating teams
- Customer-centric mindset with a passion for building and maintaining relationships
- Proficiency in project management and problem-solving
