As a Production Painter, you’ll play a key role in keeping our operations running smoothly, helping paint products to the customers’ specifications, providing support to multiple departments, and cross-training in other areas. If you’re dependable, hands-on, and ready to build a career, we’re ready to train you.

What You’ll Do:

• Assist and learn in several departments across the production floor
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and safely
• Paint preparation, paint with a spray air gun, and powder coat painting
• Ability to use a program for the drying process on powder coating
• Operate forklifts (certification provided), operate oven, and operate an overhead crane 
• Perform other duties as assigned to support production goals

Requirements

Competencies and Attributes Needed:

• High school diploma or GED required
• 1–2 years of manufacturing experience preferred
• 1-2 years of paint and powder coat experience required
• Crane experience preferred
• Forklift experience (or willingness to become certified)
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities
• Dependable and committed to maintaining quality and safety standards
• Able to work collaboratively and cross-functionally with other departments

Physical Requirements:

• Sit, stand, bend, and climb ladders 
• Lift at least 50 pounds frequently
• Ability to wear a dust mask or breathing respirator while performing some job      tasks and get dirty if necessary.
