Job Duties

This position is responsible for planning, organizing and servicing conferences & events, and guest rooms for assigned group accounts, in accordance with hotel policies and quality standards, to ensure customer satisfaction, maximize profitability and generate return business.  Also responsible for the prospecting, servicing, and creating of Local Corporate accounts for Business Meetings opportunities.  

Minimum Requirements

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and achieve sales targets. Proven conference & event experience in a resort environment. Exceptional guest service skills with the ability to create lasting relationships with clients. Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.

While base pay starts at $78,000 , there is potential for a higher salary based on factors such as applicant skill, experience, education.
