Overview


Halls Chophouse Nashville and Halls Catch are seeking an experienced and highly organized Restaurant Administrator to join the Hall Management Group (HMG) team.


Halls Chophouse Nashville is the local expression of the Hall family’s renowned steakhouse concept — celebrated for its top-tier steaks, expansive wine list, live music, and signature Southern hospitality. Located in the same Midtown Nashville building, Halls Catch is the seafood-focused sister concept, offering globally sourced seafood and coastal-inspired cuisine with the same elevated service and warmth the Hall brand is known for.


Hall Management Group (HMG) is a rapidly growing hospitality company with a portfolio of award-winning restaurants across the Southeast, including Halls Chophouse (Charleston, Greenville, Columbia, Nexton, and Nashville), High Cotton, Slightly North of Broad, Rita’s Seaside Grille, Halls Catch, and Halls Signature Events. Industry-savvy: You possess a deep understanding of restaurant operations and hospitality culture, ideally with prior experience in fine dining or upscale restaurant environments.


Flexible and team-oriented: You’re willing to wear multiple hats, assist wherever needed, and approach every task with a positive attitude and a sense of ownership.


Key Responsibilities


Accounts Payable & Receivable: Process invoices, purchase orders, inter-store transfers, payments, and vendor statements; research and resolve discrepancies.


Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory reports, monitor stock levels, track receiving discrepancies, and process new item requests.


Cash Management: Oversee safe deposits, petty cash, and daily cash handling procedures.


Operational Support: Maintain and improve standard operating procedures; coordinate administrative and restaurant activities to ensure compliance and efficiency.


Human Resources Support: Assist with hiring, onboarding, scheduling, and communication between management and staff.


Vendor & Scheduling Coordination: Arrange deliveries, appointments, services, and reservations as needed.


Financial & Data Reporting: Prepare and analyze reports; maintain databases and records to support management decision-making.
