Job Summary

Responsible for providing subject matter expertise on the design and
implementation of complex data network and voice solutions for business class
customers. Works as a collaborative member of the sales team and services to
market and sell the Company's product lines. Provides insight to customers on
current network solutions. Works closely with account executives on presentations
and the technical design of new sales. Has in-depth experience, knowledge and
skills in own discipline. Usually determines own work priorities. Acts as resource
for colleagues with less experience

Job Description

Core Responsibilities:

- Ensure the technical execution of FreeWheel’s most demanding client
initiatives
- Design and document business and technical solutions for client project
execution
- Address major escalations and client-wide difficulties, assist in complex
implementations, and clarify appropriate resolution paths for new or unclear
use cases
- Act as primary liaison between Client Account Teams and Product
Solutions / Development teams for matters related to the SE’s clients,
providing guidance and feedback on product usage and gaps or needs
- Provide advice to Marketing, Product Marketing and Revenue Development
on “story”, materials, and product features
- Participate in pre-sales efforts (as needed) in which a prospect needs deep
technical insight into FreeWheel’s technology
- Provide training to internal teams, and occasionally to our clients and
partners
- Provides timely, technical support and problem resolution for escalated field
service questions from Services team
- Provides client account coverage when requested to do by management to
cover sickness/PTO or times of severe resource constraint
- Demonstrate ability to independently and effectively manage at least one
enterprise client or a number (2+) of client accounts / networks.
- Ability to serve as Primary Client Account POC and work in tandem with
Revenue, Product Solutions, Product Management, and Product
Commercialization teams to support the implementation and scaling of new
or existing products.
- Advise more junior Client Solution Engineers on best practices of use case
and requirements gathering, solution design, implementation process and
documentation.
- Support the International Client Solutions team in recruitement processes
attending interview panels and handling technical tests. Providing feedback
on candidates.
- Own or represent client solution specific internal projects working in
collaboration with other services across FreeWheel

Basic Requirements:

- BA/BS level degree in Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience
- Web or mobile technology literate (HTML5, JavaScript...)
- Database structures knowledge and/or some experience with SQL
- Experience presenting to diverse audience at all levels of seniority
- Preferred qualification:
- Experience with video technologies and/or online advertising
- Experience in scoping and requirement gathering solutions
- Skills with web/mobile technologies: JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, ActionScript
3, Objective C, XML, etc...
- Experience in technical troubleshooting
- Pre-sales experience
- Knowledge of scripting language and/or experience with API

Bachelor's Degree
